About FAMTIME

FAMTIME is a private family messaging app that lets invited family members communicate in shared family and group conversations. Access is limited to authenticated users who join a family using an invite code or family setup flow.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your profile information reasonably up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FAMTIME to post, send, or store content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
• Harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Intended to disrupt, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the service

You are solely responsible for the content you send through FAMTIME.

Family access

Messages and media you send in family or group conversations may be visible to other members of those conversations. Share content only with people you trust and only when appropriate for a private family context.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. Some shared conversation history may remain visible to other family members in anonymized form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We strive to keep FAMTIME available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAMTIME is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FAMTIME. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use a free version of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FAMTIMEafter changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
