Reset your password
If you forgot your password, open the FAMTIME app, tap Forgot password? on the Sign In screen, and request a reset link. You can also use our password reset page from the email link.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and profile data.
If you cannot access the app: email support@famtime.vip from the email address on your account and request account deletion.
